We use your information to process applications and enrolment, deliver programme content, communicate about your progress, process payments, and improve our programmes and platform. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

Your data is stored on secure infrastructure with access limited to authorised staff and trainers who need it to support your learning. We use industry-standard measures to protect your data against unauthorised access, loss or misuse.
Sharing with industry partners
With your consent, certification and, where relevant, portfolio information may be shared with industry partners for employment and placement opportunities. You may withdraw this consent at any time by contacting us.
Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting privacy@gabrielainstitute.co.ke. We will respond within a reasonable timeframe in line with applicable data protection law.
Cookies and local storage
This website sets no cookies. We use no analytics, advertising or third-party tracking services, and we do not record which pages you visit or build any profile of your browsing. Two small preferences are saved on your own device so the site behaves the way you left it: your choice of light or dark appearance, and a note that you have dismissed an announcement so it is not shown to you again. Both are stored only in your browser, are never sent to us, and are cleared whenever you clear your browsing data. Staff signing in to the administration area receive a session cookie, which exists solely to keep them signed in.

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via the website or by email to enrolled students.
