Terms of Service

Enrolment

Enrolment is confirmed once your application is submitted and payment (in full or via an agreed instalment plan) is received. Access to programme content is granted upon confirmed enrolment.

Refund policy

Students who withdraw within 7 days of enrolment and have accessed no more than two lessons are eligible for a full refund. Requests after this window are considered on a case-by-case basis. Instalment plans require all scheduled payments to be completed regardless of course completion pace.

Code of conduct

Students and trainers are expected to engage respectfully in discussion forums, live sessions and all platform communication. Gabriela Institute of Technology reserves the right to suspend access for students who violate this code of conduct or misuse the platform.

Certification

Certificates are issued upon successful completion of all required modules and practical assessments to the standard set by the programme. Certificates remain the property of Gabriela Institute of Technology and may be revoked if awarded in error or obtained fraudulently.

Intellectual property

All course content, videos, materials and platform software are the intellectual property of Gabriela Institute of Technology or its licensors. Students may use materials for personal learning only and may not redistribute or resell course content.

Platform availability

We aim to keep the learning platform available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Planned maintenance will be communicated in advance where possible.

Limitation of liability

Gabriela Institute of Technology provides training and certification in good faith but does not guarantee specific employment or income outcomes. Career outcomes depend on many factors beyond our training.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
