About the course
What you’ll learn
Nail technology has the lowest equipment cost of any cosmetology discipline and one of the quickest paths to paying clients, which is why many students start here.
You begin with nail anatomy, sanitation and the classic manicure and pedicure, then move through gel application, builder gel, acrylic extensions and structured overlays. Infill and safe removal get their own module — badly removed enhancements damage the natural nail, and that is what loses clients.
Nail art runs alongside the technical work: freehand, chrome, encapsulation and the seasonal designs clients actually request. You finish with pricing, kit sourcing and building a booking system.
