About the course
What you’ll learn
Technical skill fills a chair; management keeps the doors open. This course is aimed at stylists moving into ownership and at managers who inherited a salon without ever being taught to run one.
You work through the operational core: booking systems and how to reduce no-shows, stock control and the ordering rhythm that stops you tying up cash in product, staffing structures including commission and chair rental, and the daily and weekly numbers that tell you whether the business is actually healthy.
Retention gets extended treatment, because acquiring a new client costs several times more than keeping one. You will build a rebooking process, a complaint procedure and a simple loyalty structure you can run without software.
